Make sure you also don't follow the silly notion that starving yourself will work either. You might lose some weight, but eventually your body will respond to the lack of calories and will start to cling to anything you DO choose to eat and you'll plateau out. Best thing to do is to eat at least 1200 calories a day, (and adjust it as needed for exercise) make sure you're working out properly and not over-indulge.

there is no way anyone in anyway that can loose a large amount of weight in a small period of time. you can however loose up to 2 pounds per week..given that you do atleast 45 minutes of excercise like jogging. not drinking sugar drinks or junk food will help swimming 30 minutes aday along with the 45 minutes of excersise will help too.  another boost would be to drink green tea twice-3 times a day and buy ever slim pills as they do work fantastically to reduce your hunger.also keep track of everything you drink and eat count your calories, there are alot of great sites with calorie counters...good luck, i hope ive helped :)

There is no sensible way to lose weight quickly. The best thing you can do, is eat a healthy diet and do lots of exercise. Make a food diary and see what things it might be best to cut down on but try not to cut things out completely! And if you are going to exercise regularly i suggest doing something that you truly enjoy, like i am a sprinter and swimmer so i stick to those things. Don't over do it but sticking to this you should notice a difference in no time. You might be able to sign up for some free classes at a local gym, take a friend and have fun!
