weird period

I've been trying to get pregnant for 5 months now. My periods have never been irregular in my life. Even though these past 5 months i haven't been able to get pregnant i have had a normal period when i got it. This past month(may)has been the weirdest. I should have gotten my period on the 22nd of may but I got what looks like a period yesterday. I had this brown watery discharge at first and then 3 hours later i had bright almost pink watery blood it gushed out so fast it went all down my legs. Now its almost stopped. I still get trickles of blood when i urinate but my pad i have on right now has almost nothing. I pretty sure i am not pregnant because i have taken 3 test and all came out negative. Whats going on with me?
