what can it be????

help!!! I am going crazy of what I might have. I has been almost 6 months, I had unprotected sex and weeks later I started to feel tired, nauseous, joint pain, back pain and I even lost weight. I thought that it could be hiv but I got tested 3 weeks later and came back negative, a month later I tested again and negative again, and I even tested again a couple of weeks and negative again, also they tested me for the common stds and all negative. I went with my doctor and he diagnosed me with anemia back in February, took all my medicine and felt better for couple of days, but that is not contagious but I think what I have seems to be contagious. In April my geno told me I had hpv :( but I dont have wart or anything. I am still feeling tired and joint pain and sometimes blurry vision. I tested for CMV, Mono,Hep C all negative. Can I associate all my symptoms with hpv in my blood or something like that.  This is driving me nuts, I dont know what it might be. HELP!!! What should I do?

It doesn't sound like what's going on is related to your unprotected sex incident. It sounds like there's something else going on. If it were me, I'd keep going back to the doctor for a CBC and insist that they check all that stuff to see whether your white cells or red cells or hemoglobin or whatever else might be off for some reason. Although blood work is not the end-all be-all of diagnosing stuff, it gives a good foundation from which to begin searching for answers.
