what could it be ? bump lump tyoe thing on my vagina

Hi everyone ,

i discovered a bump or lump whatever you want to call it about 2 days ago .

Its right where the labia starts (basicly where the vagjna starts ) on the top right side .
It isnt red and my labia is not swollen at all , it is small like a regular pimple on your face and i doesnt have a white head either. It looks like there might be a small white head but its not too noticeable yet.
Couldnit be from sweat , masturbation, sex , etc ? It hurts when i squeeze it like it hurts/stings. And it also itches

I dont have an std , my partner and i only have intercourse with each other. Plus last time i had sex was feb 13th .

Any idea what this could be ? I currently do not have a gyno cause i just moved states and dont have insurance.

I have a skin tag in what sounds like the same area. It's been there for about 3 years and hasn't gotten much bigger. It doesn't itch or hurt. It's the only skin tag I have on my body (knock on wood!)
