It's most likely hemmorhoids; a friend who had a pretty big case of them after pregnancy said she felt like it was a bunch of grapes. You can start with your gp or your ob-gyn, and they will refer you to someone for a hemmorhoidectomy if the grapes can't be shrunk by other methods. Good luck!
