what eals can this be

I have a whit discharge witha musky smell. Been peeing alot some lower back pain. Discomfort when laying on my stomach. I know im not pregnant because i had a bipolar coagulation done 7 months ago.

Your symptoms could be indicative of a number of things. The whitish discharge could be a vaginal yeast infection but there is usually intense itching along with that.
Frequent urination could be a UTI (urinary tract infection) but the back pain could indicate a kidney infection.
I'm really not sure why lying on your stomach would cause discomfort unless your bladder was full creating pressure not only on the bladder but organs that surround it.
I don't think this is anything terribly serious, but I would definitely recommend you see your OB/GYN. These types of infections, if left untreated CAN morph into much more serious issues. When you see your GYN, make sure you let him/her know about your bipolar coagulation. Scar tissue or adhesions could possibly be part of the pain you feel while lying on your stomach.

I've been feeling like this too and I'm scared as to why I do. But I've had white discharge like that before and I got my period about a week later. So I think you're fine. However, if you have any irritation or itching down there, I suggest going to a doctor. :)
