what else could it be?

Last year during my yearly exam i had a pelvic ultrasound/vaginal ultrasound and they said my endometrium lining was thick, they did a biopsy and said everything looked ok with that, and really never said anything else.Well i went back this year for my yearly exam and they did another pelvic ultrasound/vaginal ultrasound and said again that my endometrium lining is thick. The nurse talked like they may do another biopsy, but why would they do another one if the first one was fine? wich was done only a year ago, if the biopsy didnt show any endometrial cancer last year what else is there that it could possibly be? I am 31 years old i have 4 kids,no miscarragess no abortions no birth control,my periods are every 27 to 31 days sometimes i will bleed heavy and then sometimes only for 2 or 3 days. Thank You

Its me again..still worried... the thickness that was measured of my endometrium stripe ranges from 1.9 c.m to 2.3 c.m. My next appintment isnt for about another week yet.I was looking up some information on endo.cancer and it said that very late in the disease that you can have bowel problems wich i have been having diarrehea. But can endo.cancer develope within a year? Because like i said i had a biopsy done about a year ago and it was negative. But now i have signs and i realize that i have been having signs of endo.cancer for a while.Or do you know of a web site that maybe i could learn about how fast the disease may progress? Also do you know if the measuments of my endometrium lining is something really worriesome? Thank You So Much!!!

Well i think the act that they want to do one every year is a good thing. This means they are being proactive incase anything changes they are on top of it.  I dont think this means that they suspect anything has changed they just want to err on the side of caution.  My mom had the same thing (she is in her 50's) but it turned out fine and they still keep a close eye on it.  allow them to do it.  It iis refreshing to see a gyno be proactive especially with a person that is young.  I am 31 and had a Dr said my ovaries felt full at 1st actually considered waiting it out. to see if it would go away because i was so young.  but they did an u/s and the diagnosis is i have a cyst nothing bad but it could have been.

This is a good thing.  let us know what happens

I forgot to also mention when i wrote earlier that i also have like bouts of diarrhea,is this a sign of endometrial cancer?..and is it possible that endometrial cancer can show signs as soon as a year i mean since they did the biopsy a year ago and said every thing was fine? Also is a endometrial biopsy like full proof of checking for endo.cancer or could they have missed it?..Im sorry to aggervate you im just really starting to freak out with worry.Thank You
