what is the average weight?

hello, i am 36 yrs old. i am 5'4 and weigh about 143-145. i was just curious if anyone knows what a woman with those stats should weigh (on average). before i was pregnant i weighed 122 and that was 3 years ago.

someone posted above about wanting to lose weight fast. i wrote in about a 3 day diet. seems to be working. i lost about 5 pounds and so far its staying off. i feel so much better. not as bloated. thanks for your post.

If it helps at all I'm 5'3 1/2" and I weigh just a little over 140lbs, so I have looked it up as well and it is correct that you are still in the normal helathy range - just watch what you eat... not too many sweets and you're good as gold.

hey, thanks. boy, im awfully close to the other end of the chart arent i? i just feel very overweight for myself because i have always been thin my whole life.i didnt know if with my height that 145 pounds was considered to be overweight/not. thanks again, appreciate it.

according to the BMI charts you can weigh between 110 & 145 & still be included in the healthy range for your height-hope this helps
