Britt- Can you be a littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys more detailed in your question? I'm not sure what kind of incision site you have or what kind of paper cut you mean and where. I can tell you right off thoughyou should never ever put cortisone cream on a wound (like a C-section) incision. This will do nothing more than cause infection. Please write another question with more details so I can try and be more of a help to you,
Another thought, if these 'papercuts' are located on or around your vulvar tissues, you may be dealing with a hormone imbalance. Lack of estrogen will cause the tissues to become thin and weak leading to tears.
