ok so like i just started having sex with my ex and alot of white cheesey (looks like curd from cottage cheese) came out of the vagina...It was spongy like egg whites with no smell but alot of it.. it hought it was yeast..can you help me...he freaked and then we had great sex... i went to wipe and it is all over the rag.. what is ir

Eggwhite cervical mucus is clear, like raw eggwhite, not white like cottage cheese. It's said that it is so clear you can read a newspaper through it, and it holds together so well that it can be snipped with scissors. It sounded more like you were describing the cottage-cheese look of a yeast infection.
It also could be your ovulating and it is your egg white cervical mucous and his sperm mixed together. I have had this before and since I track when I ovulate I know what it is.

Does sound like a yeast infection. There are over-the-counter preparations to treat yeast, or you can go see your ob-gyn (which would be my preference in this situation). I don't know if your partner needs to be treated too.
