First of all get your pregnancy status checked by getting your serum HCG levels as ectopic pregnancy can cause delayed periods and pelvic cramps. Other causes could be due to UTI, cystitis (bladder infection), trapped wind or intestinal gas, constipation, anxiety or kidney stones. Investigations like blood tests (CBC, ESR), urine test, x ray, ultrasound or CT/MRI scan can be required to rule out the diagnosis.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
