whats goin on??????

im 21 years old and i really didnt know where to post this, but for the past week and a half ive been getting nautious every night around the same time and i wake up nautious, ive thrown up 2x when i lay on my stomach it feels as though there is a pressure pushing in it and the last few days its gotten worse now when i eat i feel sick to my stomach, at first i thought maybe it was a stomach bug bc my boyfriend got sick n threw up 2 but its wierd bc ive never heard of a stomach bug that hits both of you at the same time and only at night n morning.i dont know its killing me, im starting to get dehydrated more what do you think it could be????? please help
