The only way you can know for certain is through a paternity test. The dates are very close together and even then your ovulation/due dates doesn't always occur when it's expected or predicted.

Hello,
Expected date of delivery( EDD) is calculated by adding 9 months and 7 days to the date of last menstrual period. If your expected date of delivery was July 19th then your last menstrual being oct 12th , your ovulation and hence pregnancy could have occurred around 26th October. However exact confirmation can be done only by a paternity test.

I hope it helps. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
