who is my babys dad

Okay, well my situation is that i had sex with a guy friend on march 21st and i had sex with my boy friend around the end of april beginning of may. I dont remember when I had my period or if I even had one. My child is now 20 months old born jan 8 06 and i honestly am unsure who the father is. I have asked my doctor and he said i concieved in may, but he got my due date wrong by two weeks. when i count the dates backwards from jan 8th, i end up in march. some people tell me that my baby looks like the other guy and not my boyfriend. is there any way I could figure out who the father is without a test? I need advice Please!

Well after he was born my doctor told me that he looked over due. i was supposed to get induced on the 9th, but he finally decided to come out on his own on th 8th. i know he was full term but i dont know for sure how many weeks. i was told i was 39 weeks but when he was born my doctor said he was 41 weeks.

If the baby was full term, he should have been conceived in mid-April.  But if you aren't sure if he was full term, then it's anyone's guess.  For legal reasons, you need to get the DNA testing done.

You have to have a DNA test done.  You should get a test done as soon as you can because the baby is getting old and needs to know the father.  Also, you can get child support.  DNA tests can be expensive, home tests are 300 dollars and legal tests are 400 dollars.  Best Wishes!
