It's possible. Although women usually don't experience the heavy chest and arm pain (stereotypical symptoms of a heart attack), it doesn't mean it's not possible for them to do so. Many women I've heard about complain more about headaches, upper/mid back pain, dizziness, and nausea when experiencing a heart attack. If you feel unsure you should see a doctor, just to rule out other causes of possible heart/chest pains such as gastritis, heart murmurs, arrhythmia, lung problems etc- especially if it is an ongoing problem. HOWEVER if you get dizzy, tunnel vision, faint, extremely nauseated, or have difficultly breathing you need to go to the ER ASAP as these could be signs of something life threatening.
