I eat well balanced meals and exercise a hour every morning but can not seem to lose weight.

When you say well balanced meals what exactly do you mean? I am very happy to hear that you are eating well and exercising!! Good for you!

I lost 30 lbs by becoming a vegan. (definitely not pushing this on you, just sharing my experience) My hair, skin and nails are much nicer too (which is a welcomed bonus) I also drink nothing but water and totally cut out sugars. I do have a cup of black coffee in the morning before my workout.. I need that caffeine!
