worried i cant concieve a child

i have been sexually active since i was sixteen years old and within that time i have been diagnosed with chlamydia 3 times and my paps mear has been abnormal about 3 times because of this i am scared that i will not be able tohave childen the last time i went to the doctor my papsmear came back abnormal but i never went back to get my colposcopy done. my boyfriend and i were both recently treated for chlamydia but im afraid that it has come back and it is worsened could this problem cause me to not be able to have kids and how serious is this abnormal papsmear

go and make an appt. YES chlamdyia can cause cervical problems and dysplasia which could lead to infertility. go go go go go go go.
