As to how to tell if you have a UTI, it's the same whether you're pregnant or not. You would have a burning sensation and some pain when you try to pee. You will also feel like you have to go all the time, but can't. If you feel like you have a UTI drink cranberry juice but don't take any meds without the doctor's approval. You have to be very careful about taking any otc meds while you're pregnant. Just try and put your feet up and relax right now. You will feel better when you see your doctor. I wish you all the best!
