Hi,
I always dislike self diagnosing things like this when it comes to the vaginal area, I think the best thing for you to do if possible is go to the doctor's.  Do you have a lot of discharge?  Usually foul smelling discharge is associated with a yeast infection, and the medicine you are taking for it should have somewhat helped the itchiness by now.
The above poster brings up a couple of possibilities and hopefully you are able to rule those out.  Good luck to you :)

If your guy has Herpes simplex, and the infection is entrenched in his throat (if he is promiscuous),then herpes can be transmitted to you if he is shedding the virus(ie if the ulcer has not healed).also; syphillis is well known to be transmitted this way.....These two are a possibiity; please rule these out....
