yeast infection..?

Ok so with the symptoms of a yeast infection ive had it for 2 days now its nt as bad  the pains an iches arent as bad as they were  do u knw anythin that can help me any meds im 16 an i kant really talk to anybody in my family about this i really need help

well your going to just have to tell your my mom about it so u guys can go to a doctor to see if its a yeast infection. but if u want some home remedies if u try not to eating anything with yeast & eat some yogurt with no sugar or fruit.
if not just tell your mom to know for sure

well you can take some antif-fungal creams
like gyne-lotrimin, mycelx,gynezol,femstat,monistat, or vagisat. but make sure you read the box on how to use it

the yogurt with fruit isnt that bad but for treatment plain yogurt will do (p.s you either eat it, apply it on the vagina, or both its your choice).

its mostly caused by unbalance bacteria system like when a bacteria called candida grows & takes control
