I am sorry to hear about your struggles in beating candida. Do you frequently eat high sugar food? In order to get rid of candida, you must eliminate all sugar-candida feeds on sugar, as well as get rid of mercury poisoning. Mercury poisoning is one of the main causes for candida. Also antibiotics medicines do not really help to get rid of candida, they just eliminate symptoms, but not the root causes. You could take TCM therapy called fuyan pill, the herbal medicine can cure it thoroughly. I would also recommend you to read Candida30: Permanently Heal Your Candida Infection in 30 Days or Less. The book does not cost much, but it is a complete 100 pages guide of how to permanently get rid of candida and what natural remedies to use in order to win the fight against yeast infection. The book is also written by a woman who suffered from yeast infection for years. I hope this book will help you to get rid of your yeast infection and make your life happy and candida free.

I started having a problem with bv and yeast infections about 2 years ago after I had unprotected sex for the first time ever. Antibiotics would clear symptoms for about a month and then they would come right back. I decided to do some research of my own (I don't like yogurt) and came up with a regiment that has left me bv and yeast infection FREE for a year now . I take a probiotic by RepHresh called Pro-B (not all have to take it daily) daily and use Summer's Eve cleansing wash (the pink unscented one) for washing down below. And drink pleanty of water & the real cranberry juice!
