Please any one I need help just hear me out...

Some one please I know it's long but can someone please tell me what's going on with my body I'm just so exhausted from everything, I just don't know anymore. Also, I apologize in advance for not so fun information and I am horrible at grammar(I have  learning disorders). So, I'm 26 year old female. I started with strep June 22,2015. I was put on penicillin 3x for 10 days. From there I got a yeast infection from the antibiotics, took a pill the 2nd day into antibiotics for strep, I repeated one 7 days later. I continued to have vaginal discharge weeks later. I went to gyno swab came back bacterial vaganosis, I did 5 night insert gel. On the same day I had gone to gyno, they recommend to go to primary care because I had swollen tonsils with white along with other symptoms. They said it was oral thrush from the antibiotic, I treated it with a liquid oral medication that you take 4x a day for 7 days(the white spots went away). A week later I begin with more symptoms. I originally through the weeks had on off pelvic pain(which pelvic pain has been going on for on & off for 6 months I had a laparoscopy, tests, and had a partial colonoscopy that came back normal a month or so ago) but it's been different & more persistent, abdominal, red/swollen tonsils, flem, throat/under neck sore/swollen. I went to the ER July 23 for adominal pain, back pain, late period(I'm usually 21-28 days), pelvic pain (the pain was worse than labour, menstrual, or my usual pelvic/vaginal pain), vaginal discharge again and other symptoms. They ran blood test, swabs, ultra sounds, and more. All my tests came back normal and negative from everything. Other than, I did end up having a yeast infection yet again. I did the 3 day insert night treatment. In the mean time I did start light spotting July, 24 and only continued spotting for a couple of days(no clots, everyday was so little it was pretty much only when I wiped only one day I had some more on a tiny panty liner, and the blood had mucus texture with blood nothing like my usual). So within this last couple of weeks to a couple days ago, my symptoms were headaches, light headed/dizzy,brain fog, neaseous, tired all the time, pelvic pain, abdominal pain, chest pain, lower back pain, then started getting pains on both of my side above love handles. I also had got sharp quick shooting pains in places like neck, chest, vagina, arms pits, sides above love handles, stomach. The Thursday that just passed, I went to gyno again for my vaginal pain, vaginal discharge, pelvic/adominal pain and pain above my love handles, and burning/frequent urination. She did a swab and looked at in office but didn't send it off because she said she didn't see anything. She was sending my urine sample to the hospital I haven't gotten the results yet. For the past couple of days most of all my symptoms aren't as severe or as frequent. I still have on and off(not as painful) pelvic pain, abdominal pain, back pain, and just once in a while have burning when I urinate. I still have headaches, tired all time, sometimes light headed/dizzy, tonsils red/ little swollen, my neck/throat feel swollen and sore. I also had flem for 2 weeks (It is clear/white /stretchy/thick/ slimy sometimes has tinge of yellow) tonight it seems to get worse. My tonsils are still red/ swollen, headache, extremely tired, my neck/throat is sore, some dizziness, brain fog, and the flem feels stuck in my throat and is a lot harder to get up. Also, my throat feels swollen with like a heavy feeling from the flem like I can't breathe normal. Also, Im  still having vaginal discharge that I had last week(thicker, mixture of clear yellow sometimes white, stretchy, string). I'm so sorry everyone for all of too much information. I just want to know what's going on the with my body. I feel like I'm falling apart. It's getting so tiring with infection after infection. Please any ideas of what's going on. Thank you

I know it's a little late but I just joined. You may need to be tested for ( depending on other health issues which you would discuss with a family doctor ) a ( or multiple test ) auto immune system disease. ( which attacks your immune system making healing process longer or recurring easily ). Personally I would go to a primary health care doctor and just discuss everything with him/her.
