Rib Pain

Ive had constant rib pain for 48 hrs now. I figured it was just his foot but its gotten progressively worse in the past 12 hrs i cant breathe normally its tender to the touch from the outside and sleeping?? Forget it its impossible. My husband is freaking out thinking that maybe hes bruised possibly cracked a rib.. cash is very long and im not big by no means i havent gained any weight and i am 28 wks. So i wouldnt doubt that hes running out of room and is resting his big feet in my ribs. I was just wondering if anybody has expierenced this severe pain? And could it be possible hes bruised a rib or two?
