Help!

Hey everyone i am a 20 year old, i weigh 170 lbs and am 6'2 tall. I have a very strange question that i need someone to help me with. here goes. I had a root canal done in september. right before i had the root canal the dr. game me a prescription of 24 vicodin 7.5's. I had never taken these kind of pills before so i was kind of freaked out at first. my friend talked me into taking 5 of the pills which is really really really stupid. i will never do them ever again. at the time i thought it was okay though because they made me have a really good feeling. so the next day i took 5 again.. kind of nervous about taking them this time wondering to myself if the was too many in 2 days. well that night i was laying in bed and couldnt sleep and all of the sudden i had a shortness in breath and felt like i couldnt breathe. I was sweating and very dizzy so i woke my brother up and was like "dude you have to take me to the hospital im sick and i really need to go to the emergency room". i honestly thought i was dying. the weird thing is, is that earlier that night i was looking up on my phone if it was ok to take that many pills so i was actually getting pretty worried. anyways that all happened in september and it is now december and i have not felt the same since that night. I am always worried about stupid stuff and sometimes i am even depressed and think about things i have never thought of before. I am always a very happy person but sometimes i just get this feeling in where i am having a really bad heat flash go up my neck into the back of my head and stomach dropping feeling. also everytime i eat i feel like it just stays at my throat like its not going down all the way. almost like theres a lump in my throat. ive also had very bad stomach problems in the past and have had to have a colonoscopy which came back negative they just said i had IBS. Also my back hurts right where my kidneys are everytime i have to poop. It sounds really weird but its true. The worst feeling i have been having is the left side of my chest. The doctor said she doubts its my heart and hurts because of acid reflux. I am also always burping. sometimes the burp never comes out and just sits at the top of my throat and it really bothers me. sometimes i burp up a very foamy like substance and not sure what it is. Those are most of the symptoms i am having. If someone could please please please help me out it would be tremendously appreciated. Thanks for your time!
