This is called a phobia and since i personaly know were your coming from, all i can say would do you know good for the proof is before you that you dont. Please dont see this as a crul thing to say but ive dealt with phobias all my life and no matter how unreational it is it is hard to fight. But youve been tested you have the proof right in front of you does it not give you any relief to look at it and see your clean?

I fear that everyone is out to get me. exspicaly people who look like gangsters

but you have seen a doctor and other then doing what narla says you also need to remind yourself that your fine.

Please get help soon because AA's are not good for you they speed up and release to many things. Just dont give up okay

You need to get some counselling to help deal with your OCD,I thought I was always having a heart attack to the point where I called an ambulance,Now when I have a panic attack and think I'm having a heart attack I say to myself if I'm alive in the morning I'll know it wasn't a heart attack. You need to learn how our minds work and get that counselling going.Good Luck  Denise
