Slight pain

Hi, for the past two weeks, feeling a slight pain in my testicles. Not much but a feeling of uneasiness, not experienced earlier. Sometimes the pain is felt in left testicle and sometimes in both. 6 months earlier I have switched to boxers (without support) from normal unders (with support). Also, I went on 40 day break from masturbation, did it twice after 42 days. Pain has started thereafter. Not sure if there is a link.
