New to the group and eager!

Hi! I'm new to medhelp.org. I found this website while doing a search on alternative ways to cope with my anxiety/depression. I'm eager to meet those who have been affected and those who have overcome such a debilitating state of mind. I find myself trying to explain things to my friends that either they're unwilling to understand or simply cannot relate.

Welcome to the forum!

Let me tell you. I' ve managed to climb out the dark abyss of pain, suffering and desperation.
I attribute this to the huge number of blessings that I received, starting at a very young age.
I like to think that I'm a good person, and that doing a good deed, is good karma.
So it's like spiritual and good energy credits of sorts.

The only thing that really helps you to do this (climbing out of the...), comes from the spiritual realm.
Intellectual and  logic and traditional medical science just do not cut it. The rules, the procedures, the bureacracy, the professional bias, the protocols and so on, kinda mess it up more. Nothing against psychiatrists and M.D.s They do as they were taught and told, and are very restricted with how they practice and deliver their services.

So kudos to you for seeking alternative ways. It is the way to go!

The dysfunctional medical model in our society, actually led me to get educated in Holistic Psycho-Therapy and Energy Medicine. I suffered consequences to the point, where I decided to take health matters in my own hands.
And I'm proud that now I'm in a position to help other people. It is very rewarding to see someone turn his or her life around  , following years  of  unsuccessful traditional therapies.
.
Do not be too concerned about your friends not understanding you. They cannot "see" because they are blind. And they cannot be blamed for that. So just accept the way they are.
As long as you accept yourself , this is much easier.

I will post here again soon, so please visit again. My "higher connection" provides for a lot of intuitive advice.
Meanwhile if you're up to it, post more details about your situation.
It is all anonymous here, so you can do it freely and safely.
One word of caution though. Please do you own research before making any decisions
based on opinions offered here, including my own.
Having said that, I tend to trust what my spirit is telling me and make most of my decisions based on my intuition. ( To be fair, I have to admit that it me some time and practice to develop  it)

Blessings
Nikodicreta
