Can you read other people

By that I mean when you are talking to them can you read between the lines or see it in their eyes... hard to explain what I mean ,I dont mean read their thoughts but just be aware of what they are saying and if they are being evasive ,and untruthful, actually even actions can do that aswell, but more than anything their body and face movements tell a story . Thsi may be nothing to do with the Paranormal, but I have always been able ro read facial expressions thats what I am trying to say ...my mom always knew if I was 'fibbing '

Yes. Normally, I feel that I am pretty good at it. I have taken many people on to help that the rest of the world said not to. Winos and homeless people, to be more precise. I have never had to regret it. Conversely, I have also just instantly said to myself, "This person is very bad." I play with them, trying to figure it out, sometimes, if they are going to be bugging me in my life or in a family member's life. I am usually dead on correct in the end. I knew in an instant who had committed a murder where the body was left in a doorwell at a neighborhood I once lived in. I shouted it out to the whole neighborhood, who had done it. I was correct. This person did stump me, initially, but once I saw through, I knew never to be alone with him on a dark street. There are bad, bad people out there.

I'm pretty intuitive but my daughter is even more than I am. It's so weird, it almost seems like she can read my mind at times.
As an example, one time we were driving back from running errands and I started thinking to myself that I was hungry and wondered if we should just pick up some dinner and take home. Then I thought to myself that Chinese sounded good. As soon as I thought that my daughter turned to me and said "You know what sounds good right now? Chinese food!" It freaked me out a little bit but she does this all the time!

She's also pretty good at reading my moods, which can be a little disconcerting as I have a hard time hiding things from her!

I call myself intuitive more than anything else I do believe in ESP   but I have never seen a spirit or ghost ,not to say that maybe others have .I also think that you can pick up vibes from others , and think the same thing as they are that has happened to me many times ...

Hey margy, Ive always had a mechanism that made me feel somewhat uneasy around some unsavory characters.  I dont know if that has anything to do with this topic or not.

My wife has a closer grasp to what weve been talking about though.  She has preminitions rather frequently.  Sometimes they are of importance, sometimes not so much.  When I used to have them, they were really of no major importance but more related to day to day life.

Hey margy.  We had this old grandmotherly lady who used to come to the house like 2 times a week and vacuum and perhaps prepare dinner in the crockpot or something.  Sometimes she'd be there before we left for school, but more often she'd be there when I got home.  (Not for sure how my mother, a single parent and a school teacher paid for it....thats another phenomena)

Anyhow, I used to have this incredible sense of deja-vu.  It happened alot, and was always right on.  So, one day out of the blue she says to me as I ate a bowl of cereal, "there arent many people in the world like us".  When she said that, I was thinking of the fact that I had dreamed of her being there in the morning and noticed she was dressed just like in the dream.  She then told me that she knew that I dream of things that come true and she told me she does too.

I lost that skill, and have heard that it is common to lose it or lose touch with it as we grow older.  Anyhow, old Bernice walked out of our lives and to never be seen again.  My experience with this woman was surreal.  We had a few conversations concerning ESP and she could often finish my sentences.  Weird....

I call it discernment. Not everyone has this ability. I cherish the ability to sense things about people. Especially when it comes to my family and the people they allow in their lives. You have to be sensitive to your intuition and to trust it. It's easy to expect the worst when we first meet people, especially if you go by their appearance and some folks are really good at lying and hiding who they really are. Deception is not always in their body language. Keep an open mind, tune into your body's vibrations and let that inner feeling be your guide.

Psychic abilities are not all that uncommon in the world...many have them & just dont know what to call this inherited & learned behavior. We learn it from gleening information about people through life experience, books, media and such, but many have a real inherant talent with gleening information from body language, handwriting, and facial and other phenomena.

A person will tell us about their insecurities, in different ways...some by overcomphensation, some by actions...for example. Shyness is sometimes easily determined, sometimes hiddn under layers of bravado. Te more onereads, learnin bout the human condition, the more one will find clues to understaning their fellow woman & man.

Psychic ability that comes from 'overly~sensitive' people, can even evolve from abuse...
I believe that formerly abused folks have investing more spiritual energy in becoming aware of the deceptively simple...from a need to never be mistreated again, we form a barrier to lies, which may mean we have (attained a need?)  to have a stronger sense of what is going on underneath the obvious~ things we notice, oft, will go un-noticed by the average person.

This does not make us better than anyone, just maybe we have a little advantage over them in protecting ourselves from potential dangers, or dangerous type individuals.

This is not to say that we cannot be wrong when we instinctually feel something is true about someone. It takes testing ourselves over and over, guessing and confirming those potential truths, & when we find we average quite high with our ability, only then can we   put more trust in our actual accuracy.

That those who have experienced some form of abuse would be more sensitive to potential danger in other humans, or lack the ability to trust 'indiscriminately' is I think  natural progression of being hurt....Others experience this at various levels from varying hurts.

This does mean we are 'always' blessed with knowledge, or that we are also rather cursed with knowledge at times... but, when we know far in advance of our peers that a person should not be trusted... is not an easy position to be placed in. And if it turns out they we actually trust~worthy, we can be in a awkward position as well, no one is right 100% of the time about anything.

As for me, being abused, along with the possibility of already having been born with a large (enough) dose of inherant? (possibly gene based) psychic ability, I know that i am a fairly PSYCHIC person. I am constantly testing myself still at 48, and often I am wrong but far more than that, I find that my early impressions of people (or a topic) are very accurate once I get to know them or more about "it"...

As for testing...something as simple as guessing and then checking with someone who knows answers is all i am talking about.
An example would be that just last night I told my friend that my landlords had probably lived in my house for five years, it was just a feeling that i had about the topic....and just this morning my neighbor when asked, said that they had lived here for about five years... so, simple stuff like that, confirms your ability. I my ask my landlord also, soon, just to double check,  Only then, will I have confirmed that i was right on in my 'gut' summation about a subject or topic.

~peace~
