I'm taking 60,000 D3 with Magnesium Glycinate and vitamin K.

Yes, her level was 37nmol, which translates to around 14.8ng/ml.

Are you taking 60,000 iu of D2 or D3?

Are you taking magnesium with it too?

Yes, me too.  And that she felt better after one month!  Still, her level was 37 I think which is low but not severely so.  I've been taking 60,000 per week and only feel a tiny bit better after one month!

Thanks for sharing.  I'm surprised she was only on 1000iu's a day though.
