low pulse and dizzy

has any one else had this experience, my mum 2 weeks ago collapsed from low blood pressure and low pulse, she is now out of hospital and keeps on experiencing a jerk movement in her head and feels like she is going to faint and her pulse goes down to about 40 bpm they say her bp is fine but dont no whats causing the episodes that she gets about 5 times a day a day it even happens when sitting down
