could i be pregnat?

hi new to forum today, wants advice and opinions please looking to see if anyone else had similar probs to help me out?? i am 37 bit over weight but healthy, having irregular cycle over last year or so some times get period after 28 days other months not for 37,other months 42 then back to 30, all over the place! been to my local dr to have blood tests done for a few months in a row to check i am ovulating and overall to make sure everything else ok. everything is ok am ovulating regular apparently as the hormones increase etc apparently my thyroid is on the low side but not uder what it should be.
i have been off birth control for the last 3 years now.
my last proper period was 11th dec 2009 for 7days, since though this is where i am wondering whats wrong , i started to bleed very lightly 22nd and 23rd dec only 2 days very very light no need to use anything could just see etc, then i had another occasion on 3 and 4 jan 2010 same again very light brown in colour this time with some v small hardly there brown smudges? its now 37 days since my last period stated and expected to start anytime from last week, today again i am having very light hardly ther brown discharge? this seems to have been happening every 11 days or so, having unprocteted sex with partner as we are trying to catch, also if my last period was 11 12 09 my most fertile time was from 24th dec to about 30th dec-made sure had lots of unprotected sex to try and catch! done some home tests they all say negative, feeling sick,retching in the morning,boobs feel bigger,loo constantly,heartburn,period type pains and lower back ache, exhausted? whats going on is there a chance i am pregnant or am i being daft? the spotting thing is whats worrying me anyone help????????????  thanks in advance to anyone who can help me out !!!!!

go to the dr got get checked out. They can do a blood test to see if you're pregnant. Also,  sometimes you can spot for unknown reasons even if you're not pregnant. One month several, several years ago, I pretty much spotted for an entire month. I went to the dr and was told i was fine - which i was but i also was under a tremendous amount of stress. This can also be attributing factor.

You could always go to the dr. and have a blood test. sometimes hpt's can be wrong and even if your not they could prob help you understand what is going on.
