not sure

I'm so shocked about my diagnosis. Maybe someone has a similar experience. I went to a general practit. because I had stinging and bloating and nausea and thought it's my colon.the colon is fine but i have many ovarian cysts in both ovaries not so big but they make me pee a lot sting and dull pain, I'm 50. never had kids, involuntary, and never had menstrual pain. i got an ultrasound and ct scan,it says. no peristalsis of cysts?! is that good or bad. the doctor wants me to have a laproscopy. i just don;t know if that's really necessary. he scared me to death. how much time do i have
Anyone who is in the same situation?I have no insurance the surgery is 30000 dollar
Helg

The doctor may have been referring to you having polycystic ovaries.  You might try posting your question on the the PCOS forum.  Since this forum deals with ovarian cancer, you would probably get better answers from a different forum.

Good luck to you, and I hope you find the answers to your questions.
