Burning sense in anal part

I have been facing this problem from last 2 yrs and from last one year it is geting worse.Im not able to sit properly.all the time i feel uncomfortable due to the burning sense around and in anal area.it gives me the feeling like that area is wounded.and one more thing my stomach also not well all the time ,i feel strain in stomach all the time.I use to have very spicy food but from last one year i have left every thing.I feel itching in skin also which is around anal and penis.This problem is kiiling me as im not able to concentrate on my wrk properly.it seems like i shud have some hollow kind of seat to sit so that that portion shud not touch any surface.Kindly help me on this.Docter first said its fungus,then piles/// but its not wrking ..i have trid every medicene for these two.

Hello,
Fissure in ano is a medical condition in which there’s a small break in the lining of the anus.It is noted by noticed by bright red anal bleeding on the toilet paper and pain.

Whether it is an anal fissure or not can be determined only after examination for which I request you to consult your doctor. I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Hi..
Im not sure but as i have been reading about my problems on web.i find more symptoms of anal fissure.coz i feel  portion at the bootom and top of the lineing of anus is strected..and on both places(top and bottom of anus lining) some skin has come out.can u put some light on it.

Thanks alot for reply.i wil try these medicines.i mentioned one more thing that my stomach is not well all the time. i feel starin in stomach all the time.and one thing more my skin becomes red sometimes when i drink( i use to take once in a month that too ocasinaly).Is drinking has something to do with the redness of skin.im in hyderabad .can u give me some docters name who can help me in this coz im tired of going to docters.and now i feel that they r not able to diagnose wat problem i have actually.

Causes of such burning around anus include moisture(due to sweating or frequent washing), the abrasion caused by clothing, the pressure of sitting, chemical irritants like laundry soaps, colognes and scented toilet paper and medical diseases like psoriasis, seborrhea and eczema. Sometimes hemorrhoids will start off as red rash and anal itching and burning.

Try an over-the-counter (OTC) cream or ointment containing hydrocortisone (Cortaid, Preparation H),but it is to be applied sparingly to the affected area. A protective ointment that contains zinc oxide (Desitin, Balmex) also may help. Also wear cotton undergarments and use a cotton cushion while sitting for long. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
