Pins and needles

Hi
my name is Atik, im 23
My first time here,
I want to inquire about this problem i ve been having for a few months now. I get this pins and needles feeling all over my body as soon as my body temperature gets warmer or i engage in any sort of pysical activity or if im around alot of heat. I usually have to run out into the cold to calm this feeling or cool down my body with a fan or cold water. It usually occurs in the winter. I tried allergy midicine from the doctor and it didnt have any affect., Also,I tried taking Vitamin B to help with my red blood cells but that hasnt changed anytihng either.
Could anyone advise if thye have information on this.
Thanks in adance

Since 2010, what have you found out? Is this chronic? Is there a solution or cure? I exercise regularly and this is really affecting me now.

What treatment options are there? I am now starting to get this.

Back in 2007, I was at a train station during the winter. I started walking into a gym and this pins and needles feeling came over me. It went away quickly, but just returned and now it's a regular and daily occurrence.

HELP!!!!!

Hi.

I have been experiencing the same symptoms, i have been to the doctors, had blood and urine tests that were clear, even seen a physio.  No one seems to know what is causing it.

Have you come any closer to finding out what it could be?
