clogged arteries with diabetis

I HAD TWO BY-PASS IN TWO MAIN ARTERIES AND THEY ARE CLOGGED AGAIN. ANOTHER BY-PASS OR HEART TRANSPLANT NOT POSSIBLE , I HAVE ALREADY 60 YEARS OLD. I AM ALSO OBESE. I HAVE SHORTNESS OF BREATH, FEEL TIRED CAN NOT DO HOUSE WORK OR LIFT THINGS. BECAUSE OF CONTINUOS HEADECHS THE DOCTOR NEUROLOGIST FOUN WITH A TEST THE TWO INTERNAL ARTERIES AND ONE EXTERNAL ARTERY CLOGGED WITH DIFFERENT PERCENTAGES. RECENTLY A TEST OF MY KNEES REVEALED ARTERIES IN BOTH LEGS 50% OR MORE CLOGGED. CAN NOT WALK NOT EVEN A MINUTE, I TAKE APROXIMATELY 12 MEDICATIONS. BECAUSE OF ALL THESE REASON I HAVE BEEN EMOTIONAL AFFECTED RECURRENT DEPRESSIONS, ANXIETY AND PANIC ATTACKS, I ALSO HAVE NEUROPATHY IN BOTH LEGS. A PERSON WITH ALL THESE CONDITIONS WOUL BE ABLE TO WORK?
