thanks 4 da advice,it gud ta no other people r goin or have gone tru a similar situation, dnt feel so alone anymore, tis stil tough tho, tryd goin 4 a lng walk yesterday really helpd take my mind off things.
Hi~ Yes! Get some multi vits,Melatonin for sleep,Hylands Restfull Legs for creepy crawlies,juices,Epsom salts for hot baths,(they help a lot!!!),soups and snacks. The
B vits help mood and brain function.
