please help

iam female 23 and have been takein tramadol for da past 9months as i was knockd down by a jeep and have bck problems , iam now addictd takeing up 2 8 a day, i stopd takeing them 2 days ago, i dnt have anymore and dnt wanna take them again, da withdrawal is very bad, da depression is da worse and da sleepless nites, i cant go ta da doc or ask anyone 4 help, is there and ting i can get ova da counter i can get 2 help me ot? Plz help.

thanks 4 da advice,it gud ta no other people r goin or have gone tru a similar situation, dnt feel so alone anymore, tis stil tough tho, tryd goin 4 a lng walk yesterday really helpd take my mind off things.

Hi~  Yes!  Get some multi vits,Melatonin for sleep,Hylands Restfull Legs for creepy crawlies,juices,Epsom salts for hot baths,(they help a lot!!!),soups and snacks. The
B vits help mood and brain function.
Hang in there...I know it feels bad...give it a few days and keep posting!
