large tongue

My daughter is six weeks old and she was born with a large tongue. One side thicker than the other one, and you can see more blood vessels on the large side.  I did some research on the internet and I found that she could have macroglassia.  i am concern that she won't be able to speak ok.  Her tongue is always out even when she is sleeping and I also worry about the Infant Suddent Death because she makes weird noises when she is sleeping.  She has no problem breastfeeding.  Is her tongue going to grow more??? What can I do???

My baby also has a very large tongue and it also sticks out past her lips even while sleeping.  She doesn't have any of common disorders that Macroglossia is associated with so my main concern is...will she eventually grow into this tongue?  I hate to think about the teasing she will endure when she starts going to school.
