Wierd Symptoms

I am new to this site and really could use some help!! I am a 34 year old man who was "diagnosed" with a form of Tourette's syndrome due to an autoantibody issue. However, when I was treated with IVIG, a lot of scary things happened to me. I developed a small tremor in my left( writing) hand, weakness and swelling in my joints. I am out of breath, but that could be that I am out of shape. I have just dealt with it since any meds screw me all up even more. My neurologist did not do any MRI or CT scan. So after I was dischanged from the military with only anxiety, I got rid of him. About a week ago, I have been experiencing sharp cramping pains in my legs ( thighs and lower) and it feels like someone is hitting me with thier knuckles. I have become very depressed about everything but have pressed on. I am well hydrated. Any relationship?
