what is this?

For my previous question I am really nervous this bump may be anal cancer or herpes or something I need help. I am about to breakdown and have I dont know a panic attack or anxiety attack or something. I am really freaked out because this has never happened to me before. I was adopted at birth and had a closed adoption so there is not much about my family history. Can someone please help me before I freak the hell out?

I have calmed down now and trying to think rationally. My fiancee just went out to find Prep H. He wasnt to happy since Ive been kind of freaking out since yesterday but I just found this site today and find it to be very helpful.

Calm down...I know it's easy for me to say but getting yourself worked up isn't going to help you in any way.  As a matter of fact, stressing yourself out will only compound things and make it worse.  The mind is very powerful and has the ability to make symptoms worse. I know, it's easy for me to say, I'm not the one going through this and I also know that thinking the worse possible diagnoses is normal.  Please try the Prep H AND find a doctor in your area to check this out.

Try not to be so stressed in the meantime.
