hypoechoic nodule with indistinct margins

I just had a mammo and ultrasound and the findings were a 4mm hypoechoic nodule with indistinct margins in the duct close to the nipple, category 4 biopsy needed.  I'm just wondering what the chances could be that this is cancer. I've had 2 prior biopsies  on that breast both benign but the last showed atypical cells in the duct. My sister was diagnosed at 40, an aunt in her 20's. i also have a brother with melanoma.  To say the least, i am very worried, i am 44.  Any comments greatly appreciated.   thanks

Hi,
Sorry,I don't know what happened with my previous post.
Anyway, I wanted to tell you that the nodule found in your breast is a solid nodule and in this case a Biopsy is usually recommended.A BIRADS category 4,means that the nodule is suspicious because of the indistinct margins, but until a biopsy is done,no one can tell you for sure what the nature of this lump could be.
Many BIRADS 4 return a benign finding though....So keep a positive attitude and lets hope that all will be fine.
Best wishes and good luck...
