You need to get all three for it to be fully effective. It'll only be partially affective with one shot.

And becky. Every medicine/vaccine in the world has side effects. Even the most common head ache pill has side effects. Even birth control can cause death.

The side effects caused by the vaccine are rare and extremely unlikely. It may of happened to one or two people but it's definitely not common. As someone with HPV,  I can tell you getting the vaccine is something you should do. If I knew of this vaccine before I got HPV, I would of got it for sure. It protects against the most common genital wart causing HPV and cancer causing HPVs. Before you think "It'll never happen to me" - it could. I got HPV from my second sexual partner. I was not slutty in the slightest. We are all at risk.

No it doesnt mean you will get cancer if you dont get the vaccine.

It protects against two HPVs which are the cause of 80 percent of cervical cancers, so becoming protected against them makes it highly likely you will not get CC. But obviously oother things cause CC like genetics for example.
