Left Chest Pain (stiching Pain)

Hi,

I m a 27years old girl (from Malaysia)... i had heart pain (felt like someone punched your heart) when i was 19yrs old. the pain is strong until i need to hold me left chest... i thought maybe is stress due to college exam..

Recently (about 2 years).. i left chest start pain.. n quite frequent.. (the pain is like stiching).. sometimes, it will pain like this for half day.. and everyday.. i felt my chest tight and can't breath smoothly...
i have no idea what happen...

The underly cause could be coronary artery spasms.  Chest pain has many underlying causes, but it is always wise to rule out any pulmonary or cardiacvascular disorders.  There could be a congenital malfunctioning issue with your heart and/or respiratory system as well.  You should see a doctor.
