twitching through body

Hi, not sure if anyone asked this question or not... not sure what kind of doctor will finally make this diagnosis that I am suffering with...I have twitches through my body, I believe they started a year and a half ago while i was pregnant with my daughter i though they were her hiccups but while i was having an ultrasound done they did not see it from the babys movements...i also developed pain under my right breast its usually and consistantly in the same area. i was in the er a few times with servere vommitting and dehydration around 22 weeks and the docs did not know what its was from they put me on reglan and zofran and that took care of that till the end of my pregnancy. i went off the meds after i gave birth bc i thought i would just have symptoms during pregnancy...little did i know it would continue on after... i had many other problems after birth, to make it really brief, i was finally diagnosed with orthostatic hypotention, autonomic dysfunction and nuerolly mediated syncope. what caused this i have no idea, all i know is i did see a chiropracter about a few months after birth and he may have made the wrong move with my neck and that may have caused this?  damage to the vagal nerve? not sure... but i have extreme fatigue i mean real extreme fatigue i have black rings around my eyes and had some endocrine blood work done which the numbers came back high like the progesterone 17-oh and acth levels...the doc i think misdiagnosed me with pcos when really i can have an underlying insufficient adrenal problem... i also have terrible migraines and cannot tolerate heat so this heat now kills me i stay inside. if anyone or a doc think they know what to do for the next step i need some direction... i have two small children who need me to be healthy for them!!!

I have Ehlers Danlos syndrome and am having exactly the same problems . I wrote a really long response which this damn thing deleted .
I found this thread as I am searching for why I'm having heart palp after a dental anaesthetic containing adrenaline set of spastic spasms and speech problems that resided into heart spasms which I am praying are due to the nerve issue as I suffer major spinal nerve issues and a bunch of other stuff made so much worse by progesterone and adrenaline . In the uk . We are twins . Maybe you have EDS. Do u have spinal scoliosis ?
