Try the steady skin care for the am and pm give it at least 4-6 weeks.You will see great inprovemnt If not then may be go the accutane route Accutane is particularly good for the deep cystic type of acne.

Roaccutane is POISON! my advice is find a combonation of treatments antibiotics that work for you they will need to be rotated every year to prevent ressitance try trimeoprim600mg a day with differin cream vey effective.
