When you get your next attack you need to go to the ER, and make them do an ECG of the heart, make sure you go when you are having the attack. Then it will probably show up on the ECG.

Good luck

Have you had a CT Scan of the chest, and an Echo scan of the heart?
I had this same problem after having pnuemonia, and it is still coming and going, the hospital told me it was pleuritic,

Have you got a cough, or sputum, if so, have the sputum tested.

Good luck, keep me posted

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Please rush to the ER. You either have a heart attack or angina or pulmonary embolism or even pericarditis. It could be something simple like panic attack or even reflux aciidity or costochondritis, but these serious conditions need to be ruled out first.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
