Problem of Acne Scars on my Cheeks.

Hi there,

I am having a problem of acne scars on my cheeks.  I don’t know which treatment is better for acne scars.  I heard the procedure of dermabrasion to remove acne scars.  Is it true that dermabrasion procedure will properly removed my acne scars? Anyone suggest?

Two months ago I had also faced this type of problem around my lips.  But after dermabrasion procedure I had found scars are removed from its place very naturally.  At first I am also confused with dermabrasion procedure but after going through www.dermabrasion.info I got some good information about dermabrasion procedure.

I hate to be the devils advocate but I don't think dermabration will do anything.  It's meant to smooth out skin temporaryly like an intense exfoliation.  I also have acne scarring from my teen years and have seen many dermatologist about it they said don't waste your money on dermabration.  If you want to see long term results you have to do a laser procedure.  I've just started my treatments.  Hopefully this will help.  I'll let you know how it goes in a couple months when the series is over.

Has anyone tried Mederma for acne scars? i was thinking about trying it, cause i have scars on my face due to acne.
