Left ventricula hypertrophy mild

My son 13 years old, had an abnormal electrocardiogram so a echocardiogram was performed.  His doctor wants us to see a cardiologist and we are waiting to hear from them to set the appt.  Mean while I have some questions on the findings,  the only thing that was said to me was a mild left ventricular hypertrophy.  He is not over weight (92lbs), no problems with high blood pressure, and he does the normal sports activities a 7th grader does.  What treatments are there for this?

After reading the report I saw that under FINDINGS there was more things, but not sure the meaning...
-Tricuspid reguritation, trivial
-Pulmonary regurgitation trivial
-Left aortic arch
Are these more issues that my son might have?  Please help me with some answers

your son has an enlarged left ventrical and it should be looked at by a cardiologist to establish what they can do, this will lead to heart failure in life if not controlled so make sure you get the help he deserves a beta blocker may help as these strengthen the heart

Mild, trival valve (tricuspid, pulmonary) regurgitation is common and indicates there is slight leakage that causes some blood to backflow rather than pumped out into circulation.  Almost always considered medically insignificance with no progression or future problems.

The aorta is a large vessel that supplies the system with oxygenated blood pumped out of the left ventricle.  The aorta has three segments (ascending, aortic arch, and descending aorta)...your post does not identify any problem with the aortic arch!
