mid upper back pain after sleeping

I am only 19 years old and for the past week I have been waking up with severemid upper back pain, to the point where I can't sleep.  Its around 530 every morning and I am forced to get up and take pain killers.  Then onc it kicks in, I can go back to sleep no problem.  It never hurts during the day, only after sleeping and it doesn't hurt when you touch it.  So the pain is deep inside.  My neck also hurts and it actually hurts to even move when i wake up at 530 every morning.  It has gotten worse.  I was able to deal with it before but the past couple nights ive been forced to get up.  I thought it was my mattress so I slept in my brothers bed, but I got the same pain again.  I do have a family history of kidney disease but it isnt my lower back that's hurting.  Help!!!

severe back pain after 5 hrs sleeping
Hi every body suffer from that
pain

Do you have a congenital twisted spinal column ? And Did you
try to twist your spinal column ?

or

Do you have a normal spinal column ? And you have tried to
twist your spinal column Strongly to be more flexible?

if this is happen

the solution is that

you have to accept your original spine

try to go back to your congenital design

so

you have to adjust your mattress to fit with your original
column's design by  slight elevate somewhere under your
back

put slight small tissue layers

I tried this and this pain disappeared

Pray for me God bless you all

It could be the position you are sleeping in and how long you are in that same position.  The past two days I have been woken up with the same type of pain and either taken meds and gotten back to sleep or had to move into the livingroom recliner. I would start a pain diary and if its get worse I would go have it checked. Hope you feel better soon.
