Multiple Sclerosis

Hello all,
I am knew, i had a Mri of my brain, can someone tell me if this means MS?

Multiple white matter focal with abnormalities
in both cerebal hemisphear.

Demyelinating process considered.

My MD told me it is MS.

Thank you for your reply. Yes 2 yrs ago tremors started on my left side, memory loss, chronic back pain, burning of toe, pins and  needles in my fingers, ring in ears, lose of balance, studdering, prefuse sweating. I use a wheel chair and cane two get around. It took me 6 neuro drs. and 3 yrs of wondering why i tremor. Now severe eye pain and left eye twiches.
