tiny bumps on inside of fingers

I have these tiny bumps on the inside of my fingers (only on the right hand.)  I'm wondering if it could be warts? There is no rough surface, so I'm not sure if using wart remover is a good idea, as it may eat away at the skin.  Also, I thought it might be a new reaction to the gloves I use at work.  I wear the glove primarily on my right hand, as I am a sonographer, and this is the hand I scan with.  Also, we are using a new scanning get at work, I thought it could be an allergic reaction, although I don't actually get the gel on my hands very often.  What do you think?

I have a similar problem.  I used apple cider vinegar on mine and they went away and have not returned.  Is this an acceptable treatment for this condition, or does the fact that the vinegar worked indicate a different problem?

So would using a bandage to isolate the painful blisters on the side of the finger not be recommendable? Being as you previously stated that the affected area needs to breath.

Hello,
These bumps on the fingers can be due to contact dermatitis to the new gel or gloves or pompholyx. Pompholyx is also called dyshidrotic eczema. It is characterized by a sudden onset of many deep-seated pruritic, clear vesicles which itch and then peel off. As a result the skin may also fissure.
Apply some calamine lotion on the affected area and keep the area well moisturized. Use only thin applications of moisturizer ointments as excessive amounts of ointment may restrict breathing of the skin and aggravate the condition.

Topical steroids can be applied but they are available under prescription. Also take some over the counter antihistaminics and avoid touching the gel. You can also use cotton gloves instead of latex ones. If the symptoms persist then I suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated.

Hope it helps. Take care and regards.
